Job summary

Majik Rent To Own in Pennsylvania is actively hiring for a full-time role focused on collections and customer care. You will own accounts, analyze activity, and communicate with customers, references, and landlords while processing payments both in-store and in the field.

We offer weekly pay, bonus potential, and growth opportunities. Training is provided; bilingual candidates may earn additional pay. Join a team recognized for strong relationships and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using systems to manage accounts
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek

Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm (required), Sunday: Closed

Schedules may vary based on business needs
