Job summary

Pacific Office Automation Beaverton, OR is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to join our team onsite. Responsibilities include making outbound calls about past due accounts, reviewing aging reports, and accurately documenting interactions to resolve balances.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past due accounts.
• Review aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
• Document account activity, customer interactions and collection efforts accurately.
• Work directly with customers to identify and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues.
• Communicate professionally and use sound judgment when working with customers, vendors, coworkers and management.
• Partner with sales teams and senior leadership when additional support is needed to resolve accounts.
• Take ownership of challenging situations and work toward timely resolutions.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collection efforts.

About the Position

Our fast paced Beaverton Oregon office is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to join our team No prior collections experience No problem We are willing to train the right person Were looking for someone who is confident organized persistent and comfortable communicating with customers to help resolve outstanding account balances

What Youll Do

• 2 years of collections or accounts receivable experience
• Experience working with aging reports or customer account resolution
