Job summary

Pacific Office Automation, one of the nation’s leading document imaging and technology dealers, is hiring an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative for our Fife, WA office. If you are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a collaborative team, we want to hear from you.

You will source warm opportunities, follow up inbound leads, handle calls and emails, and assist with accounts receivable while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High quality verbal and written communication.
• Strong math abilities are necessary.
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred.
• Experience using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements; manage accounts receivable.
• Handle high-volume phone calls and emails with strong phone presence.
• Solve problems and maintain excellent time management and organization.
• Work independently while contributing to a team environment.
