Pacific Office Automation in Bend, Oregon is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to customers and keep operations running smoothly.

You will handle inbound inquiries, support accounts receivable basics, process orders, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced office technology environment. No prior experience required; on-the-job training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High quality verbal and written communication.
• Strong math abilities are necessary.
• Experience with accounts receivable is highly preferred.
• Experience using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Source warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and email.

Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Position

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative at our office in Bend, OR. If you have a passion for customer service, are organized, and love working in a team player environment, we want to hear from you!

Compensation: $15.55/hr with opportunity for commission and bonus's
