Firstsource Advantage is hiring an Account Representative in Colorado Springs, CO to work in office and support customers with account balances and payment solutions. Training is provided, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You will handle calls, resolve balances, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity goals. A high school diploma and 6 months in related fields are required, with confidentiality and professional conduct emphasized.

Qualifications
