Firstsource Advantage in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Account Representative to join our in-office team. You will work directly with customers to resolve account balances and identify payment solutions that fit their financial circumstances.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of customer service or related experience, and strong communication and confidentiality. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and a comprehensive
