The Omar Kordahi State Farm Agency in Washington, DC, is seeking an Account Representative who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and selling insurance products. You will connect with customers to understand their needs and quote State Farm auto, home, renters, life, health, and other products.

No prior insurance knowledge required; training provided. We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a sales mindset.

The Omar Kordahi State Farm Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Representative who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating new business.

You don’t need to know everything about insurance on day one. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a sales mindset who is motivated to learn, grow, and be rewarded for their results.

What You'll Do

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other State Farm products
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. Experience in sales, banking, financial services, real estate, automotive, hospitality, or other customer-focused roles can translate well into this position.
