Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent is seeking an experienced Account Representative to join a growing team in North Texas. The role focuses on uncovering customer needs, following up consistently, and closing multi-line insurance opportunities.

You will engage with leads, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the agency’s sales targets through proactive outreach and collaborative coaching. Demonstrated sales drive and licensing readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to meet licensing requirements.
• Experience working toward measurable sales or production goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence with prospecting and proactive follow-up.
• Organized, accountable, and consistent.
• Life & Health licensing, State Farm experience, multi-line sales experience, referral/networking success, or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and present appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Build strong, multi-line customer relationships.

Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent is looking for an experienced Account Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who knows how to uncover customer needs, follow up consistently, build relationships, and close business.

Our agency has grown to more than 20 team members across two North Texas locations. We offer a professional, positive, and goal-oriented environment with ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
