Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent in Princeton, TX is seeking an Account Representative to join a growing team. You will generate new business from agency-provided leads and perform needs-based conversations to present appropriate insurance options, building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, following up relentlessly, and participating in ongoing training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to meet licensing requirements.
• Experience working toward measurable sales or production goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence with prospecting and proactive follow-up.
• Organized, accountable, and consistent.
• Coachable and motivated to continue improving.
• Life & Health licensing, previous State Farm experience, multi-line sales experience, referral/networking success, or bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent is looking for an experienced Account Representative to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who knows how to uncover customer needs, follow up consistently, build relationships, and close business.

Our agency has grown to more than 20 team members across two North Texas locations. We offer a professional, positive, and goal-oriented environment with ongoing training, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
