Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking an Account Representative to provide world-class customer care, manage orders, quotes, RMAs, pricing, contracts, and customer specifications. You’ll support regional customers, coordinate internal meetings, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service, strong computer skills, ability to travel up to 15%, and experience with ERP/CRM tools. Location near a SEL office in the U.S. preferred.

As a Account Representative a typical day might include the following:

• Providing world-class customer care to both internal and external customers.
• Engaging in regional customer support activities, including accurate entry of orders & quotes, RMA’s, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, customer visit support, and creation/maintenance of customer unique specifications.
• Communicating with customers and global account managerson deliverables and any additional customer service issues independently.
• Using judgment skills, prior experience, and company policies and procedures to resolve standard and in-region problems.
• Assist the management with reporting and monitoring of regional performance.
• Own customer feedback tracking and driving to customer satisfaction.
• Order office supplies, coordinate internal and customer meetings, and provide administrative/office support as needed.

Location

• While Pullman, WA is the preferred location for this role, we are open to candidates based in any U.S. SEL office. Proximity to a major airport is strongly preferred.

Pay Range Data

We anticipate filling this position as an Account Representative $30.00-$45.00 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience, and the salary range may differ if filled at a different level. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
