Qualifications

• 0-5 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Superior interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet search.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete a broad range of sales and customer service tasks and/or lead tasks for the team.
• Develop and grow customer accounts through face-to-face and virtual communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and maintain relationships.
• Manage assigned accounts and grow opportunities with customers.
• Proactively identify needs and provide mutually beneficial product/service solutions.
• Generate new business and drive repeat sales by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements per policy and coordinate with operations to execute.
