Job summary

47 is seeking an Account Administrator to service our Custom Order business from internal and external customers. You will also support the Key Account and Customer Service teams with orders, images, UPC sheets and related data, delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling invoice copies and tracking, assisting with day‑to‑day operations, managing item images and UPC data, supporting order cycles from contact to shipping, and updating account bibles and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, math and communication skills.
• Extremely organized and energetic with ability to multitask.
• Ability to speak clearly and effectively in person and on the phone.
• Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service concerns promptly (invoices, tracking).
• Assist colleagues with day‑to‑day operations.
• Request and upload item images and UPC data for ecommerce.
• Assist with placing orders, including domestic, overseas, or backordered items.
• Maintain updated order and item master records and communicate status to departments.
