Links Unlimited, Inc. is hiring Account Services Coordinators who enjoy details, problem solving, and helping customers and teammates get things done. You’ll support customer accounts and coordinate orders across sales, customer programs, merchandising, and 3PL teams.

These roles require clear communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quotes, orders, and account records are accurate from start to finish. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account support, order coordination, project support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.
• Clear, professional communication and confidence working with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• A consistent habit of following up and completing what you start.
• Sound judgment and a willingness to investigate problems and recommend solutions.
• Comfort learning new systems and working with pricing, quantities, dates, and other detailed information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with an ERP or CRM system is helpful.
• A collaborative approach, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support customer relationships. Respond to questions, provide updates, and help ensure customers receive accurate information and dependable service.
• Coordinate orders and projects. Gather requirements, organize details, track deadlines, and follow through from start to finish.
• Keep information accurate. Prepare and maintain quotes, orders, product details, and account records in company systems.
• Work with vendors and internal teams. Confirm pricing, availability, specifications, and timelines needed to complete assigned work.
• Stay ahead of issues. Identify missing information, potential delays, or discrepancies and help resolve them before they affect the customer.
• Communicate next steps. Make sure the people involved understand what’s needed, who owns it, and when it’s due.
• Help improve how we work. Recognize recurring challenges and suggest practical ways to make processes more efficient.
