Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• FMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, performance appraisal and retention.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and guide teams.
• Strong leadership to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Corrigo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Promote organizational capabilities and identify sale opportunities to potential clients.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure best pricing and SLAs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes and regulations; develop service delivery playbooks.
