Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Operations Manager in the Atlanta area to supervise a team responsible for plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs on retail sites.

You will ensure KPI achievement, budget adherence, and a proactive service culture. You will oversee daily activities, scheduling, and staffing while mentoring staff and supporting account management with safety, compliance, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• FMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Promote organizational capabilities and identify sale opportunities to potential clients.
• Track vendor performance on outsourced contracts and cost/service level agreements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations.
• Develop operational service delivery solutions and documented playbooks for the account.
