Job summary

South Florida's commercial landscaping company is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of commercial properties and act as the main client contact. You will ensure crews deliver per contract, inspect properties, and pursue enhancement projects to grow each account.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, maintaining profitability, and serving property managers, HOA boards, and facility directors on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscaping, in account management, supervision or operations.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and manage budgets.
• Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for property managers, HOA boards and facility directors.
• Inspect properties regularly and catch issues before the client does.

Our client is South Florida's commercial landscaping company, built on one standard of care.

• Across six divisions (landscape maintenance, tree services, design and installation, irrigation, and lawn care)
• They take care of commercial properties, HOAs and facilities from the Keys to Palm Beach.

Do`s:

• As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of commercial properties and be the main point of contact for the clients.
• You'll keep properties looking their best, make sure our crews deliver what the contract promises, and grow each account by finding and selling enhancement work.
