Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Living Colour Landscapes is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, including homeowners associations (HOAs), property management companies, and commercial properties.

This position is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing landscape maintenance services, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring that our properties consistently meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscaping clients, property managers, and HOA representatives.
• Conduct regular property inspections and walkthroughs to ensure landscape quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, service requests, and property concerns.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and maintenance crews to ensure services are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements, improvements, and additional services.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and estimates for landscape enhancement projects.
• Proactively address landscaping concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, property conditions, and overall service quality.
• Attend client meetings, HOA meetings, and property walkthroughs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, property inspections, and service requests.
• Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support client retention, account growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial landscaping, landscape maintenance, or landscape account management strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant materials, irrigation systems, and landscape enhancement services.
• Experience managing commercial properties, HOA communities, or property management accounts preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, clients, and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to identify enhancement opportunities and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience with Aspire or similar landscape management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with field crews and management.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $65,000–$80,000

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge.
