Responsibilities

• Account Management & Customer Service: serve as the primary contact for customer accounts and maintain relationships.
• Business Development: identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and promote services.
• Collaboration & Operations: work with Customer Service, Technical Support, Repair Operations and Shipping teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Reporting & Performance: track account metrics and prepare leadership reports.
