Job summary

Radiant Logistics Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Overland Park, KS to build and manage long-term relationships with Radiant network stations and clients. The role focuses on service, execution, and value creation, collaborating with operations to meet product and service expectations.

The position requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills, with primary responsibilities spanning strategy, pricing, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of account management experience.
• Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) experience.
• Domestic transportation experience; FTL quoting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across multiple levels to penetrate Radiant network stations and accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and retain/grow business.
• Collaborate with station and account teams across geographies to execute strategy.
• Negotiate pricing and solutions for complex discussions; share data with internal teams.
• Manage pricing strategy and monitor performance reports to drive efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for stations and customers within an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with operations and supply teams to ensure execution through KPIs.
