Job summary

Delta is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and activities. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving growth through proactive account management.

The successful candidate will coordinate quotes and invoices, partner with internal teams, and identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients. Travel is up to 25% and relocation is required to Wichita, KS, with on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with quotes and client invoices.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by responding to client requests promptly.
• Retain clients through strong relationships and service excellence.
• Manage quotes, proposals, project accounting, purchase orders, vendor invoices, client invoices and accounts receivable.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective written and verbal communication during all program phases.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
• Supervise internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize account performance.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently provide superior customer service by responding to client requests in a timely manner.
• Proficiently retain clients through client relationships and customer service.
• Manage and complete quote sheets, proposals, project accounting processes, purchase orders, vendor invoices, client invoices, accounts receivables, etc.
• Proficiently build and maintain client relationships through effective written and verbal communication during on and off program timeframes.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
• Supervise internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize account performance.

Qualifications

• Proven 3+ years’ experience in account management or related experience.
• Prefer a Bachelors degree.
• Proficiency to build and maintain client relationships.
• Financial experience with quotes, client invoices, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
