Job summary

Century Fire Protection is a leading full-service fire protection company based in the Southeast, with more than 20 offices across multiple states. This role focuses on building post-sales relationships, following up on inspections, and supporting the account management and office teams in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Begin to establish post-sales relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers on completed inspections and inquire about need for additional services.
• Assist superintendents with setting up work orders.
• Respond to customer service requests by phone or email.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to correct party.
• Assist account manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Provide assistance to office administrator with daily administrative tasks.
