Stolperagency is seeking an Account Manager for a State Farm Agent Team. The role centers on growing our agency through client relations and serving as the liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

The position supports a flexible schedule including work-from-home options and rewards performance, not hours worked. Compensation includes 401(k) options with matching, health and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Stolper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Location: Elmhurst, IL.
