Job summary

State Farm Agent in Newark, NJ is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships and act as a bridge between customer needs and our office departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Key responsibilities include strengthening client relationships, guiding policy reviews, addressing complex issues, and selling insurance products to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
