Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and delivering a remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Minimum Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

  • Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams
