Job summary

M.E.S.O., Inc is seeking a highly organized Account Manager to serve as the central hub for our service operations. You will coordinate daily schedules for mobile technicians, assist the field with parts and support, and keep customers informed with clear timelines and service expectations.

You will also maintain accurate customer data, bridge communication between customers, technicians and managers, and help with contract billing and invoicing to ensure smooth operations across our fleet

• Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred).

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule – manage and coordinate daily schedules for our mobile service technicians.
• Support the field – process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need to get the job done right.
• Keep customers informed – provide clear updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations.
• Maintain accuracy – update customer databases with current information and service details.
• Bridge communication – serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers.
• Support accounting – provide accurate maintenance contract billing information and prepare service invoices.
