Job summary

Done Right Hood & Fire Safety in Brooklyn seeks an experienced Dispatcher/Scheduler turned Account Manager to lead critical client accounts and develop new business opportunities. You’ll work with sales, service, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

The role focuses on managing client relationships, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to improve the overall customer experience. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract renewals, upsells, and scope changes; monitor SLAs.
• Prepare proposals or quotes for expanded work and coordinate with sales for new opportunities.
