Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client satisfaction, contract delivery, and team performance for assigned accounts. You’ll lead site leadership, ensure post orders are executed, manage scheduling and overtime, and drive KPI results in safety and service quality.

This role blends people leadership, client relationship management, and disciplined operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and proactive issue resolution in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security, facilities, hospitality, or related operations.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.
• Familiarity with state security guard licensing requirements and training standards.
• Experience with scheduling systems such as WinTeam and MS Office; data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead client success and relationship management; run weekly/biweekly client check-ins and QBRs.
• Translate SOW into daily execution; maintain post orders and SOPs.
• Proactively resolve service issues and escalations; develop corrective action plans and follow-through.
• Own scheduling, staffing levels and overtime control; collaborate with Recruiting on pipeline health.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and drills to ensure adherence to SOW and licensing requirements.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Supervisors/Officers; conduct regular performance huddles.
• Enforce policies; recognize and reward strong performance; drive safety and professional behavior.
• Lead incident response and reporting; align with GM/HR on investigations and accommodations.

Qualifications

• Proven 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security, facilities, hospitality, or related operations (account/site management required) is a requirement.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.
• Familiarity with state security guard licensing requirements and training standards.
• Comfortable with scheduling systemssuch asWinteamand MS Office; data-driven decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to create concise reports and SOPs.

Education & Licensing

• Must hold/obtain andmaintainany required state/local security licenses and permits for assigned sites.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if role requires driving between sites).
