Verstela's Phoenix office is expanding, and we are seeking a people-focused leader to drive growth by building relationships with local businesses, developing your client base, and partnering with hiring managers to solve staffing challenges. About the Position

Our Phoenix branch is growing, and we're adding to an already successful, winning team!

In this role, you'll help drive the continued growth of the branch by building relationships with local businesses, developing your client base, and partnering with hiring managers to solve their staffing challenges. You'll also provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the team , helping develop their skills, navigate challenges, and achieve their goals.

You will :

Pay: $63,000 -$73,425 + monthly bonus opportunities
