Job summary

Verstela in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an account management professional to strategically build a client base through outbound outreach, onsite client visits, and collaboration with hiring managers to design staffing solutions.

As a key face of Verstela, you will mentor jobseekers, manage client accounts, and deliver service delivery plans that help clients reach their hiring goals, while driving measurable sales results.

• 2+ years experience in account management or sales.
• A proven track record of meeting sales quota.

About the position: In this role, you'll strategically build a client base through consistent outreach, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers. As you manage client accounts, you'll go beyond the ordinary. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. Your role will involve developing and implementing service delivery plans to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your creativity will be unleashed you work to set us apart from the competition.

You will:

Pay:

$63,000 -$73,425 + monthly bonus opportunities
