Job summary

Verstela is seeking a proactive sales-focused colleague for onsite work in Hurst, TX. You will make daily sales calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, and collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions and mentor jobseekers.

Key duties include identifying quality candidates, outbound meetings with prospective clients, coaching and payroll guidance for placed candidates, and building lasting relationships to meet monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a client-facing role.
• At least two years meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively.

About the Role In this role, you'll make daily sales calls to local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers.

Unlike technical recruiting roles, you’ll spend a large portion of your day talking on the phone and emailing clients and candidates.

You will:

• Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
• Strategize and create service delivery plans

You have:

• At least two years in a client-facing role
• At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities
