Job summary

Verstela is seeking a Recruiter to connect jobseekers with opportunities and to build relationships with local businesses in Beaverton, OR. The role involves interviewing candidates, making sales calls, visiting clients, partnering with hiring managers, and guiding placed candidates through payroll processes.

The ideal candidate has strong people skills, is outgoing, and comfortable talking with candidates, clients, and community contacts.

As a Recruiter, you'll connect jobseekers with opportunities while building relationships with local businesses. Your day will include interviewing candidates, making sales calls, visiting clients, partnering with hiring managers, and helping people take the next step in their careers.

This isn't a behind-the-scenes recruiting role. You'll spend much of your day talking with people , whether that's connecting with candidates over the phone, reaching out to prospective clients, or visiting businesses in the community.

Coming from retail or hospitality? We'd love to hear from you. The skills that make you successful there translate well to recruiting: building relationships quickly, creating great experiences, juggling competing priorities, solving problems, and working toward goals.

If you're outgoing, motivated, comfortable picking up the phone, and ready to turn your people skills into a career in recruiting, this could be a great next step.

You will:

Pay : $28.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities

Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)
