Verstela in Everett, WA, is seeking a proven leader to build a high-performing client-focused team in a direct-hire recruitment environment. You will develop relationships with clients and job-seekers, shape service delivery, and mentor staff.

In this on-site role, you will support the Branch Manager, guide recruiters, and drive results through accountability and collaboration. Compensation includes $83,000–$92,000 with monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the position: In this role, you'll strategically build a client base through consistent outreach, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to design staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship and guidance to job-seekers as well as internal staff members. You'll be the face of our company, building trust and rapport with key decision-makers. This role involves account management, developing and implementing service delivery plans, and overseeing the development of the branch team.

You Will:

• Proven track record of success in a leadership role

Previous experience in recruiting is not required—we will provide you with the training and tools to succeed. However, we are seeking someone with demonstrated leadership capabilities who can manage and develop a high-performing team.

Pay: $83,000 - $92,000 annually + monthly bonus opportunities
