Job summary

As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team, drive sales, build client relationships, and oversee the day-to-day success of your branch. You’ll use the same skills that make great retail and hospitality leaders successful: developing people, managing competing priorities, solving problems, creating an exceptional customer experience, and driving results.

Previous recruiting or staffing experience is not required. We’re looking for an experienced leader who knows how to motivate a team, think strategically, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to help grow the business.

You will

Pay

Target salary range for this role is $92,000 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. The full salary range for the role is $92,000 - $133,000.

Location

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
