Job summary

Rent-A-Center, Inc. is hiring for an Account Manager role focused on managing rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The position includes deliveries and pickups, in-store and in-home service, and maintaining showroom and vehicle standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. A full-time schedule includes Saturday work with Sundays off and the potential for rapid

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups; provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements; ensure showroom standards.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise; adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
