Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, by phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
