Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance through timely deliveries and proactive collections. This is a full-time role with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver's license. You will handle in-store, phone, and in-home service while upholding showroom standards and company safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service.
• Support sales growth by generating new rental agreements and maintain showroom standards.
