Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. seeks an Account Manager (Positioning & UAV) to grow sales of GNSS, machine control and UAV solutions. You will build lasting relationships with contractors, surveyors, and construction professionals while driving technology adoption to boost productivity and profitability.

The role emphasizes delivering customer value, coordinating demonstrations and training, and collaborating with Topcon, Wingtra, and Inspired Flight to expand the customer base within the territory.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or training is preferred.
• Knowledge of GNSS, UAV, machine control, surveying, or construction technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers, manufacturers and internal teams.
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and develop long‑term partnerships with contractors, surveyors and construction professionals.
• Drive positioning and UAV sales growth across GNSS, machine control, UAV, and related technologies in the assigned territory.
• Serve as a technology resource by staying informed on GNSS, UAV, and construction tech trends and communicating value to customers.
• Conduct demonstrations and field support at job sites, coordinating equipment demos and customer training.
• Partner with industry-leading manufacturers and serve as a resource for customers and internal teams.
