Job summary

DMR Technologies in Lafayette, LA is seeking an Account Manager to become the primary contact for a portfolio of customers after the sale. You will build strong relationships, conduct onboarding calls, answer questions, and coordinate solutions with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Support.

No drone experience required; we'll teach you the industry. This is a full-time role with starting pay of $20/hour plus performance incentives and career growth opportunities, along with benefits such as

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in technology and drones.

• Background in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio after sale.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new customers.
• Answer questions and coordinate solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Support.
• Ensure customers have what they need for success.
• Schedule follow-ups and track activity in CRM.
• Coordinate product deliveries and training.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Assist renewals and account growth.
• Resolve issues proactively.
• Become trusted advisor for accounts.
