Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking an Account Manager for Tactical Data Link solutions in a remote/MA region. You will drive sales from prospecting to closure, manage key aerospace and DoD accounts, and build long-term relationships to grow revenue and margins.

The role requires 4+ years of sales or account management experience in defense, strong negotiation, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive sales or account management experience in aerospace/defense is preferred.
• Experience closing complex B2B sales and managing long-cycle opportunities.
• Proven ability to achieve quotas and develop business with DoD customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to grow sales for target accounts, owning the sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Increase revenue and gross margin for Tactical Data Link solutions within your territory through strategic selling.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers at all levels and develop persuasive responses to RFPs/RFIs.
