Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days; company covers costs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations that highlight Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as the main contact to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals and manage pipeline.
