White Cap is hiring immediately for an Account Manager to drive sales and profitability for mid-size accounts in the United States. You will build relationships, generate leads, and execute profitable account plans while maintaining product knowledge and delivering excellent customer service.

Expect a base salary around $37,000 with a strong upside through variable compensation, reflecting market data and your education, experience, and abilities.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in account management or outside sales.
• Experience selling to professional contractors preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Must be able to operate a company or personal vehicle with MVR check.

Responsabilidades

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market research, events, networking, and outreach.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans with sales teams.
• Attains assigned sales quota, margin, and expense objectives.
• Interacts with customers, vendors, and associates to resolve issues.
• Maintains product knowledge to serve customers effectively.
• Submits required sales reports and attends company meetings.
• Typically 2-5 years of experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
