Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Account Manager to fuel growth by building relationships with mid-size contractor accounts and developing strategic sales plans. You will generate leads, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver pricing and support that drive profitability.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and may involve driving a Company or Personal Vehicle, with an MVR check. Spanish proficiency is a plus in our diverse market.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or related field.
• Prior experience in Outside Sales to professional contractors is preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market research, events, and networking.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts and communicates pricing to drive sales.
• Attends company meetings and maintains product knowledge to service customers.
