White Cap is hiring an Account Manager in New Jersey to build relationships with mid-size contractor accounts and drive sales growth. You will develop strategic plans, generate leads, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to win new business while ensuring excellent service.

This role requires 2–5 years in outside sales to professional contractors, familiarity with our products and services, and the ability to manage a vehicle-based territory.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of outside sales experience to professional contractors.
• Familiarity with White Cap products and services.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Builds relationships and develops plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
• Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, events, networking and programs.
• Contacts assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business.
• Develops and executes profitable business plans for managing accounts.
• Attends company meetings and maintains product knowledge to service customers.
• Meets sales quota, margin targets and controllable expense objectives.
