Job summary

BrightView in Denver, CO seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales, while overseeing field operations.

You will identify upsell opportunities, develop estimates, deliver bid proposals, schedule site visits, ensure renewals, and foster safe, quality service through collaboration with the Branch team. This is a full-time, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• at least 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership in landscaping or local marketplace.
• strong written and verbal communication; leadership and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee field operations.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs with clients to ensure service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of client concerns or issues.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the assigned client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
• Schedule regular site visits with the Operations Manager for quality reviews.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews for the portfolio.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain branch financial goals with acceptable gross margins for base and ancillary services.
• Assist Branch Manager in leadership and participation in meetings.
• Maintain proper account documentation in CRM.
• Monitor accounts receivable levels and coordinate with Branch Administrator on records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager
