Job summary

Ats Family in the Phoenix/Tempe area is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Inspection Services, including NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver services to clients and drive revenue growth.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and CRM proficiency with Salesforce or Dynamics. Interested candidates should be prepared for field activities and market expansion in the Southwest.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial experience.
• 3 years of experience in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services.
• CRM experience in Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets.
• Document customer opportunities in CRM with all required details.
• Maintain CRM pipeline to forecast future revenues.
• Establish relationships with C-Suite and mid-level management.
• Coordinate scheduling with operations and bid responses.
• Proactively prospect for new business across all Inspection departments.
• Utilize databases, social media, and the internet to find new projects.
• Attend and represent ATS at budgeted trade shows for lead generation.
• Mentor and train new sales team members.
