Ats Family in the Phoenix/Tempe area is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Inspection Services, including NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability. You will partner with operations leadership to deliver services to clients and drive revenue growth.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and CRM proficiency with Salesforce or Dynamics. Interested candidates should be prepared for field activities and market expansion in the Southwest.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial experience.

Job Title: Account Manager – Inspection Services (Remote – Phoenix, AZ)

Location: PHOENIX – TEMPE, AZ 85283. Travel: 50% to 75% of the time.

ATS is seeking an Account Manager to help grow our Inspection business in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. The successful candidate will partner with operations leadership and service team members to deliver award‑winning services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve year‑over‑year revenue growth targets set by ATS Leadership.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document customer opportunities, including all required customer details, quote activity, and periodic touch‑point details.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM to accurately forecast future revenues.
• Establish key relationships with clients in the C‑Suite and mid‑level management to position ATS as a long‑term partner.
• Work directly with ATS operations to provide voice of customer, align on bid responses, and coordinate scheduling needs of clients.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities across all Inspection departments in ATS.
• Utilize database tools, social media, and the internet to find new projects and customers.
• Attend and represent ATS at budgeted trade shows for lead generation.
• Mentor, teach, and train new sales team members per requested by ATS Leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial experience.
• 3 years of experience in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services.
• CRM experience in Salesforce or Dynamics.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 50% to 80% of the time.

Desired Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Experience working in Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, Aerospace, or other industrial end markets.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and elevated locations.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed within the assigned region.
