Job summary

Williams Valve Corp in Humble, TX is seeking an Account Manager to support LATAM and North American MRO sales. You will provide quotations, process orders in ERP, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years in valve sales, English and Spanish proficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue. This is an in-office position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience with a valve manufacturer or distributor.
• Valve knowledge: valve types, materials, API specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in a fast-paced, demanding sales department.
• English and Spanish written and verbal proficiency for Latin America and North America sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotations and enter orders into ERP, focusing on LATAM market.
• Follow company processes for quotes, orders, returns, and software platforms.
• Execute inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Manager to align with customer priorities and operations.
• Foster relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales alignment and execution.
• Commit to ongoing training and development.
• Adhere to return of goods processes per policy.
• Maintain accurate quoting with minimal errors.
