FloWorks USA LP, through Genesis Systems, is seeking an Inside Account Manager to support customers and the outside sales team from product selection to delivery and billing. You will coordinate orders, prepare proposals in Excel and PDF, and manage returns and credits.

The role requires strong communication skills, engineering/industrial distribution background preferred, and familiarity with enterprise systems. Office-based with potential site visits; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial distribution is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise systems interface.
• Strong problem solving, math, and professional level communication in English (written and verbal).
• Time management skills, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of basic physics, temperature, pressure, metallurgy, electricity, and basic piping/valving knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sales and availability related communications to customers, OSS force and vendors.
• Assemble and present customers with detailed product data, documentation and drawings on request.
• Assist customers with proper sizing and application of valves, actuators and accessories.
