Genesis Systems is seeking an Inside Account Manager to support the outside sales team through the entire order process, from product selection to delivery and billing. The role involves assisting with valve and automation applications, processing orders, coordinating returns, and tracking open orders to meet customer delivery needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial distribution is preferred.
• Excel, Adobe, Word, Outlook, MS PC, calculators, enterprise systems interface.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales support via calls and emails with customers and vendors.
• Present detailed product data, drawings, and documentation.
• Assist with proper valve sizing and applications.
• Prepare customer proposals in Excel and PDF.
• Process returns and credits; track orders for on-time delivery.
• Update stock and part numbers; enter orders into systems.
• Coordinate with Shared Services on tax, billing, and account setup.
• Expedite orders and secure back-up documentation.
• Support other sales tasks as needed.
