Job summary

Atkore International in Harvey, IL is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager II to manage order processing, drive on-time delivery, and elevate the customer experience across Atkore.

You will handle order entry, tracking, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination with sales, demand planning, pricing, traffic, and accounts receivable to ensure smooth shipments and accurate pricing. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and order entry processes.
• Lean manufacturing space experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of customer service, including entering, tracking, and invoicing orders and releasing material for shipment.
• Heavy communication with sales agents via email and phone to manage orders and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with demand planning, pricing, traffic, quality, and accounts receivable to improve on-time delivery.
• Manage Regional Territory and agent standard processes to improve customer experience.
• Report KPIs related to your territory.
• Review traffic reports for your territory.
• Assist Manager with Month End Closing.
• Assist with Desk Coverage.
